Change your emotional state quickly with these 3 tips

I would like to ask you a few questions:

“How do you feel today? Which is your emotional number in this moment, if 1 is feeling very low and tired and 10 is feeling fantastic and amazing?”

And also I would like to know at what number do you “vibrate” emotionally most of the time?

Are you even close to 10, and if not what is stopping you from living the life of your dreams?

Do you live your best life and are you fulfilling your potential or do you feel stuck and as if great lives are happening to other people and not you?

It is important to be aware that you don’t need to stay in that old state for a long time or surrender to it!

Let me write a bit about depression because today I worked with one lady who told me that she was depressed.

Imagine yourself as a pot and there is a soup of feelings inside.

Depression is like putting a lid on your those feelings and becoming numb.

It is about refusing and not wanting to feel our feelings or understand what is really happening with us.

It is about not wanting to process things that are happening to us.

Depression is about not having clarity and being muddy.

Muddy about what?

Muddy about who you are, what you want and why you want it!

You have the power to change your state very quickly and here are 3 powerful tips that you can use when you feel unclear and confused and of course can be applied to any situation that you are in with a man where you don’t have clarity:

1. BECOME AWARE OF YOUR EMOTIONAL NUMBER

Ask yourself, “Where am I vibrating emotionally at the moment”?

If it is low, that’s a RED LIGHT and a warning to change it straight away because you don’t want to feel stuck in that low emotional energy for too long!

You are catching yourself going down which means that it is time go to tip number 2.

2. JOURNALING

Write down what it is that you really want but you are not getting.

What really happened during the last few days that you have not been ready to digest and look at?

Ask yourself, “What is it that I am refusing to see?” and “What am I afraid will happen here?”

When you don’t identify the root of your thoughts and allow yourself to engage with them, they continue to cycle and spiral around. When you journal in real time, as it is happening, YOU DISSOLVE THEM AND THEY WON’T GAIN POWER OVER YOU.

3. ALLOW YOURSELF TO FEEL WHAT YOU FEEL AND EMBRACE IT

Allow the feeling to be!

It will not serve you to be scared of your feelings, or resist them, because by doing so you will block the energy flow!

Pain is usually found in the resistance to a feeling and not in the feeling itself, so give up your resistance to it, and allow it to be!

4. MOTION CREATES EMOTION!

Once you become aware of what is going on with you and you have processed it, moving your body is also one of the fastest ways to alter your emotional state.

When you need a quick shift, jumping on the spot for a few minutes will do it for you!

Going for a nice walk somewhere in nature or engaging in physical activity at the gym on a daily basis or going for a sauna – all of these things are SO IMPORTANT for your emotional health.

When you shake and move your body fast, you are releasing negative energy and negative emotions so do it for at least 10 -15 minutes, especially when you feel low.

Your job is to never stay in a low vibe and negative emotional state longer than a few seconds or minutes at most!  Trust me you have the power to change your state very quickly!
